Package Ingredients: Tapioca Flour, White Rice Flour, Millet Flour
100% Gluten, Soy & Nut-Free!

Cheese Straw Recipe:
1 ½ Cups Dempsey Bakery Mix
2 ½ Cups (10 oz.) of Blocked Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Butter Softened
1 tsp Half and Half
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Prep: 10 Min.
Back: 15 Min.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Grate the block of sharp cheddar cheese. Beat cheese, butter, cream, salt and pepper with heavy duty mixer until well blended then gradually add flour mix until combined. Form into a ball. Divide dough into two discs.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface using remains in package. Roll each disc into 1/8 inch thickness and cut into strips or cut into shapes and place on parchment paper for baking.
Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly brown. I like mine a little crunchy.
