Package ingredients: Tapioca Flour, White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Baking Powder, Cornmeal..
100% Gluten, Soy & Nut-Free!

Cornbread Recipe:
1 Pkg Dempsey Bakery Cornbread Mix
2 Eggs
1 Cup Buttermilk (Can substitute with your choice of milk)
¼ Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1-3 tsp Sugar (For sweet bread option)
¼ Cup Oil or Bacon Grease
Prep: 10 Min.
Bake: 30 Min.
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Place oil or bacon grease drippings in cast iron skillet or pan and place in the oven while it is preheating. This will make the bottom of the cornbread crispy.
Mix egg and milk together. Add cornbread mix to mixture. Stir until combined.
Once oven is preheated, remove skillet/pan from oven and add batter. Return skillet/pa to oven and bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
