Slice and Bake Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough
makes 10 cookies
Ingredients:
Sugar, Rice Flour, Butter, Egg, Arrowroot Starch, Pure Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum
Directions:
Slice to desired thickness. Thaw for 15 minutes. Roll dough in a cinnamon and sugar mix (optional). Bake at 350 deg for 10-12 minutes.
